Femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS) is a common cause of hip pain and dysfunction, particularly among young and active individuals. If left untreated, FAIS may contribute to progressive damage to the hip joint, ultimately leading to the development of hip osteoarthritis (OA) or the need for total hip arthroplasty (THA).1 Hip arthroscopy (HA) has emerged as a widely used surgical intervention for the treatment of FAIS, aimed at alleviating symptoms, improving function, and potentially modifying the disease s progression.2
